The GDPR information clause

The goal of implementing our legally determined interests (Article 6 point1.f of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), the Buyer agrees (Article 6 point 1.a of the Regulation) on use of personal data. The personal data administrator is the Seller. The personal data of the Buyer will be processed by the Administrator of personal data for the purpose of conclusion and implementation of mutual agreements (Article 6 point1.b of the Regulation) will be kept for the period corresponding to the deadline for submitting claims under the Civil Code and the period required by accounting and tax regulations.
